Overview:

Chesdin Reservoir continues to be a great fishery with

largemouth bass, crappie and bluegill topping the list

of fish found in good numbers. According to Virginia

biologists reports the reservoir is producing great

great fishing for a good variety of species. The two

public boat ramps are located near the dam and have

a courtesy pier separating them.  In addition to the

public ramps 3 private marinas operate on the reservoir,
