Overview:

Chandler's Mill Pond is actually owned by several

individuals but the Dept. of Game and Inland Fisheries

has an agreement with them to allow public fishing. A

1993 storm took out the dam but it has since been rebuilt

and restocked. To protect the still growing fishery there

is a slot limit of 12-15 inches, meaning no fish may be

kept in that range. Many trophy sized largemouth bass

have been caught in the lake and the population has been

doing well. The pond is available 24 hours a day.
